As a customer experience executive at D&D, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customers have an unforgettable experience with us. You will be working closely with other members of the team to continuously deliver an outstanding service to all our customers.



  • Manage daily customer service via email and over the phone
  • Manage our dispatch centre which involves
    • Making sure our integration is always seamless and efficient
    • Making sure physical inventory is correctly reflected on our website
    • Acting as the first point of communication between the warehouse and D&D
    • Staff training at the warehouse
  • Analyse current customer service operations within the business and create best practices to increase satisfaction of customers and add value to their experience
  • Regularly working with our digital marketing team to come up with better purchasing paths on our website
  • Working closely with the branding team to develop the best possible packaging for our customers
  • Help organise any customer facing events



  • Educated to degree level
  • Experience in a sales job or customer service type role
  • Previous experience with people management
  • Comfortable with face-to-face customer service



  • Love working in a small team
  • Energetic and passionate about what you do, eager to learn (and happy to teach)
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive and patient with customers
