Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide (with free UK standard shipping) and make returns as fuss-free as possible.
A couple of notes! We dispatch our orders on UK working days (no weekend dispatches we're afraid!). Monogramming can take up to 3 working days.

RETURNS
There are a few things we can’t accept a return for:
- Monogrammed or bespoke orders
- Underwear, knickers or boxer shorts
- Socks that have had their labels removed or been tried on
- Gift cards
- Items purchased at our in-studio sample sale
For everything else, we’d be happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note of the same value within 30 days of purchase or 14 days for sale items (excluding sample sale items which cannot be returned).
You’re able to cancel a pre-order at anytime for a full refund by contacting our customer care team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, if you have purchased a full set you must be returning the full set and the order must be returned in the original packaging (including the gift box if you’re returning your whole order).
FREE UK RETURNS
For customers returning the order from the UK, we offer free tracked returns through Royal Mail, within 30 days of purchase. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

We offer subsidised pre-paid returns for all markets within 30 days of purchase.

If you’re anything like us, the answer is simply too many times. We say: no more of this madness. The world deserves a slipper that can handle such conditions.
The fleece slipper started as many other ideas do: with us wondering what Yvon, founder of Patagonia and author of Let My People Go Surfing would be like if he were a slipper instead of a person. And the answer was obviously this: an all-terrain slipper that’s soft on the foot and sturdy on the footpath. A robust rubber grip makes it easy to nip out, while a fleecy (Polartec!) upper sole reminds you of all the reasons it’s nice to stay in.
