The Pessoa print was inspired by the colours described in an anonymously submitted poem about the sky: Bright orange hues and smoky red brushed against soft moody greens. Rather than try and break the poem down conceptually, we opted to celebrate its colours in a more straightforward way: lined up against one another, then turned the fabric inside out when the original pigments got a tad too psychedelic. (It was also the excuse we finally needed to get a bit of a seersucker print happening!).
