3-5 days with standard Royal Mail (£5.00 or free on orders over £120). Next day DPD and Royal Mail delivery available on orders placed before 1pm (£8.00). DPD Saturday delivery available on orders placed by 1pm on a Friday (£10.00). Same day and immediate (for select London postcodes) delivery via Quiver. Please allow an extra 3 days for Monogramming orders.

returns and exchanges
Returns are easy and do not require a printer.
We are happy to offer a refund or credit note for your purchase within 90 days (including Black Friday) of receipt of purchase. For further details specific to your location, please click the link below. We are currently unable to exchange International orders. For items purchased on sale, on promotion or discounted items, you will have 14 days to return them from the date of receipt.
If you are looking to return an order for a credit note, please do reach out to our customer care team.
Please note, the following items are non-returnable: knickers, monogrammed items, worn pyjamas, items with labels removed.
For any returns from the 402 Collection, please ensure that the original wrapping cloth is included if you wish to receive a refund.
- Visit the UK returns portal HERE
- Enter your order number including # (found on the front of your delivery box or in your order confirmation email) and the email address used for the order.
- Select "refund" on the portal for a return and "exchange" to make an exchange for a different size.
- Select your preferred shipping option. We provide the option to download a QR code or a printable return.
- Confirm that you'll take your repackaged items to your local Post Office for return via Royal Mail.
- You'll receive a returns confirmation email with a QR code or postage label.

If you chose the QR code option, show it on your mobile phone for scanning. A pre-paid returns label will be printed and attached to your parcel, and you'll receive a tracking receipt.
Note: If it's a gift and you don't want the sender notified, you can update the email and shipping details on the form for direct exchange to you.

- Select the items you want to return and provide a reason.
- Choose your return method (self-postage or prepaid label deducted from your refund).
- Print the returns form and drop it off at the designated service
