We're seeking a Growth Marketing Lead who will own and drive our growth strategy across all channels. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious marketing professional who thrives on accountability, strategic thinking, and delivering measurable results. You'll have full ownership of our web sales performance and direct management of our paid media investments across Meta and Google (c.£1m annual spend), with the autonomy to identify and pursue new growth opportunities across any channel that drives profitable results.
