The Loyalty Lounge is our free rewards programme. Create an account and you'll earn points when you shop, which can be used towards future D&D purchases. You can also move through different membership tiers to unlock extra perks, rewards and birthday treats.
Points and perks, duh! Earn rewards as you shop, unlock more benefits as you move through the tiers, complete achievements and receive a birthday treat if you've shared your birthday and opted into our emails. It's like a game, but for sleep!
You'll earn points for every £1 spent on our website when you're logged into your account. They'll collect in your rewards balance ready to spend on future D&D purchases. Max Relaxers earn points a little faster.
More points = more pyjamas. Simple maths.

Your tier is based on how much you spend with us—the more you indulge, the higher you climb. Tier status works on a rolling 12-month basis, so you'll need to stay within the spending threshold to keep your spot.
They do. Points expire 12 months after they're added to your account, so don't leave them gathering dust. There are pyjamas to be bought.
If you return an item, the points and tier progress earned from that purchase will be removed from your account. No hard feelings—it's just how the maths works.
Complete achievements to earn extra rewards, or share your unique referral link with friends and family. They'll get a discount on their first qualifying purchase and you'll get points when they shop. Everybody wins.
