Without sales appointments or a critical path, or ‘specific’ reason for creation we started creating. With simplicity. With a strict brief - Sunday. Pyjamas. £100.
With a freedom that comes from no concern for future practicalities. And with more ease then we were all expecting, we did it. We created pyjamas we were proud of, for Sunday morning, all for the same price as brunch out.
We designed with pleasure, nostalgia and the practicality that comes with tight boundaries.
When we started workshopping the 402 collection, we knew we wanted two prints and two plains. The direction for the prints came easily; A rose and a stripe. Handsome. Timeless. No fuss luxury.
Packaging is important to us.
If you have received a pair of D&D’s before, you know they come in a fancy box. We still wanted there to be something special in the meet-cute with your new 402 pyjama set. The answer is two squares. A 63cm by 63cm of fabric and a 21cm by 21cm piece of card. Multi-purpose, highly functional devices to aid in languidly.
