RETURN & EXCHANGES
If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason and would like to return your order we’d be happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note of the same value within 30 days of purchase. If you’d like to make a return please email us at customercare@desmondanddempsey.com and let us know what isn’t right along with your order number, and we will arrange the rest . In order to help us process your return, please include a completed returns document with your return, which can be downloaded here.
DELIVERY
Currently, we are shipping to most of the world. We think that we’ve got most of it covered, but if you really want a pair and we don’t currently ship to your location, drop us a line on customercare@desmondanddempsey.com and we’ll get you sorted.
