FREE UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For customers returning the order from the UK, we offer free tracked returns through Royal Mail, within 30 days of purchase. Sale items or reduced price items must be returned within 14 days. We cannot accept returns of items purchased at our in-studio sample sale.

You’re able to cancel a pre-order at anytime for a full refund by contacting our customer care team.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging (including the gift box if you’re returning your whole order). 

 

To help you with your Festive gifting, for any orders placed from 1 November, our returns window has been extended. Please note that this extension does not cover sale items or reduced price items, for these purchases our 14 day sale returns policy applies. For all other purchases, our returns window will remain open until 31 January.

What to do when returning or exchanging

We've taken our returns online!

1. Visit our UK returns and exchange portal, HERE, and enter your order number (you can find this on the front of your box the D&D’s were delivered in. Otherwise, it’s also in your order confirmation email.) 

2. Select the item(s) that you would like to return, exchange or take store credit for and tell us the reason. 

3. The Store Credit will be sent to you in the form of our D&D virtual gift card that retains value. This means that you can use it as many time as you like until the balance reaches 0.

4. Confirm you will take your repackaged items to your local Post Office for return by Royal Mail.

5. You will then be sent a returns confirmation email containing a QR code or a label to print, whichever you would prefer.

6. Take your repackaged items to your local Post Office and either attached your pre-paid printed label or show the QR code on your mobile phone for scanning.

7. If you are using the QR code, a pre-paid returns label will be printed by the Post Office and attached to your parcel and you will then be provided with a tracking receipt.

If you’re returning a gift and don’t want the gifter to be notified you can select 'Start a Gift Return' and follow the steps here to exchange your gift. You'll be able to exchange your gift in a way that means the gifter won't be notified. (phew!)
