FREE UK RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For customers returning the order from the UK, we offer free tracked returns through Royal Mail,
Our Festive Season returns period has closed as of January 15th. Our regular 30 day Returns Window has resumed.
Items purchased in our end December / January Sale are returnable within 14 days of receipt.
To return a Sale item that is within 14 days of receipt, please contact Customer Care on customercare@desmondanddempsey.com
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging (including the gift box if you’re returning your whole order).
Please note that we can't accept returns for the following: monogrammed or bespoke orders; underwear, knickers or boxer shorts; socks that have had their labels removed or been tried on; gift cards; items purchased at our in-studio sample sale.

What to do when returning or exchanging
Visit our UK returns and exchange portal, HERE and follow the steps to return.
Important things to note:
- Please include the # (hashtag) in front of your order number to gain access to the portal
- Please use the email address associated with the order
