Shipping & Returns
There are a few things we can’t accept a return for:
- Monogrammed or bespoke orders
- Underwear, knickers or boxer shorts
- Socks that have had their labels removed or been tried on
- Gift cards
For everything else, we’d be happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note of the same value within 30 days of purchase.

FREE UK Returns
For customers returning the order from the UK, we offer a free tracked return service through Royal Mail, within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging (including the pillowcase or tote).
How to return your parcel:
- Complete the returns form that came with your order
- Head to returns.desmondanddempsey.com and fill in the online form
- Print and attach your postage label, wrap everything up nice and securely and drop at your nearest post office.
Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office.
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but during peak periods it may take up to two weeks. Please bear with us during these periods, we promise we’re working on it.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Currently, we do not offer a free service for international returns. Please complete the returns form that came with your order, and send the package to:
