bromley parrot
The Bromley Parrot print was designed for the Wild Ones collection, dedicated to great English eccentricness. Inspired by those who embrace maximalism, use words like glorious and splendiferous, have jam-packed cabinets of curiosities and wonky frame-covered walls.
The print was designed by Alice, with an inky ballpoint. The parrots started life in turquoise on a pink pyjama with a bright red piping. She’s also proved to be equally seductive in navy blue and white.
The collection was captured on film by Hugo Grimwood, art directed by Yarra Jones, at a house in the Kent countryside with friends as models. Molly spotted a ‘Bromley’ village sign on the way home, and so ‘Bromley’ was added to the moniker.
