Full Shipping & Returns Policy

If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason and would like to return it we’d be happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note of the same value within 30 days of purchase, or 14 days for any sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging (including the pillowcase or tote).

Don’t forget to clearly state on your returns form whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.

If you have received an item from D&D  as a gift, lucky you! If it’s not quite right, you may return it for an exchange or credit note. Please state this clearly when returning.

There are a few things we can’t accept a return for:

  • Monogrammed or bespoke orders
  • Underwear, knickers or boxer shorts (gross)
  • Socks that have had their labels removed or been tried on (also gross)
  • Gift cards

This does not affect your statutory rights.

FREE UK Returns

For customers returning the order from the UK, we offer a free tracked return service through Royal Mail. To return your parcel:

  1. Complete the returns form that came with your order
  2. Head to returns.desmondanddempsey.com and fill in the online form
  3. Print and attach your postage label, wrap everything up nice and securely and drop at your nearest post office.

Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office. 

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but during peak periods it may take up to two weeks. Please bear with us during these periods, we promise we’re working on it.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Currently we do not offer a free service for international returns. Please complete the returns form that came with your order, and send the package to:

Please write "BRITISH RETURNED GOODS" on your package. 

Please remember to include all the original packaging (the pillowcase or tote too) and to fill out the returns form. Without that, it’s really hard to identify your order and it’s likely the refund or exchange will be delayed.
