INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Our Festive Season returns period has closed as of January 15th. Our regular 30 day Returns Window has resumed.
Items purchased in our end December / January Sale are returnable within 14 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging (including the gift box if you’re returning your whole order).
We currently don't offer exchanges on International orders.
Please note that we can't accept returns for the following: monogrammed or bespoke orders; underwear, knickers or boxer shorts; socks that have had their labels removed or been tried on; gift cards; items purchased at our in-studio sample sale.
We offer subsidised, pre-paid returns for all markets to make things as easy as possible. All other returns will be at the customer's expense. If choosing the prepaid option, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Please check the portal for return rates for each country.
