If you would like to return your D&Ds, we've made the process really straightforward.
We offer subsidised, pre-paid returns for all markets to make things as easy as possible. All other returns will either be at the customer's expense. If choosing the prepaid option, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Please check the portal for return rates with each country.
To help you with Festive gifting, our returns window will be extended until 31st January for any orders made after November 1st.
Please note this Festive Season policy only applies to non sale items. 
What to do when returning or exchanging
1. Please head to our returns portal HERE to register your return. You’ll need your order number beginning with GE and the email address the order was placed under.

2. Tick the items you wish to return and exchange.

3. If you would like to exchange please select the return reason of why this item didn't suit and email  with your order number and the size or style you would like to be sent back to you.

4. Print the selected returns form and drop it off at the chosen service
