- You can cancel your order at any point before the full payment has been made and receive a full refund.
- Once the full payment has been made your order can no longer be cancelled.
- Your order will be shipped in the month of August, once an EARNT volunteering evening has been completed in July.
- Failure to attend the volunteering day will result in your order being cancelled.
- The product can be returned in line with our usual 30 day returns policy but, as the product is made to order, exchanges may not be possible.
