The Tithonia Print was inspired by a jaunt around New York City—the sort that makes you forget you’re in a funk, and that a guy just dumped you on your fifth day of Jury Duty. It’s an ode to dive bars, Italian restaurants, and Mexican joints “with bright red and green flowers splashed over plastic tablecloths—so loud that I never had to sit with my thoughts for long.”
