FREE UK Returns
For customers returning the order from the UK, we offer a free tracked return service through Royal Mail, within 30 days of purchase. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging (including the pillowcase or tote).
How to return your parcel:
- Complete the returns form that came with your order
- Head to returns.desmondanddempsey.com and fill in the online form
- Print and attach your postage label, wrap everything up nice and securely and drop at your nearest post office.
Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office.
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but during peak periods it may take up to two weeks. Please bear with us during these periods, we promise we’re working on it.
Please remember to include all the original packaging and to fill out the returns form. Without that, it’s really hard to identify your order and it’s likely the refund or exchange will be delayed.
If you’ve lost your copy of the returns form, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please head to our returns portal here, register your return and print the returns label.
If you would like to exchange please select 'replacement' and fill out the returns form that came with your order with the size or style you would like to be sent back to you.
No worries, just give us a call on 02077 205 650 or email email@example.com and our team can talk you through it. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm.
