There are a few things we can’t accept a return for:

  • Monogrammed or bespoke orders
  • Underwear, knickers or boxer shorts
  • Socks that have had their labels removed or been tried on
  • Gift cards

Sale items must be returned within 14 days to be eligible for refund or exchange.

For everything else, we’d be happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note of the same value within 30 days of purchase.

FREE UK Returns

For customers returning the order from the UK, we offer a free tracked return service through Royal Mail, within 30 days of purchase. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging (including the pillowcase or tote).

How to return your parcel:

  1. Complete the returns form that came with your order
  2. Head to and fill in the online form
  3. Print and attach your postage label, wrap everything up nice and securely and drop at your nearest post office.

Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office. 

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but during peak periods it may take up to two weeks. Please bear with us during these periods, we promise we’re working on it.

Please remember to include all the original packaging and to fill out the returns form. Without that, it’s really hard to identify your order and it’s likely the refund or exchange will be delayed.
