RETURNS
We are happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note for your full-priced purchase within 90 days of receipt of purchase.
We are currently unable to exchange International orders and only offer exchanges for Orders within the UK.
We offer free exchanges within the UK. For refunds, a £3.95 returns fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
For items purchased on sale, promotion or discounted items, you will have 14
days to return them from the date of receipt.
There are a few things we can’t accept a return for:
- Monogrammed or bespoke orders
- Underwear, knickers or boxer shorts
- Socks that have had their labels removed or been tried on
- Eye masks
- Gift cards
- Items purchased at our in-studio sample sale
You’re able to cancel a pre-order at anytime for a full refund by contacting our customer care team.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, if you have purchased a full set you must be returning the full set and the order must be returned in the original packaging (including the gift box if you’re returning your whole order).
