We ship worldwide (with free UK standard shipping) and make returns as fuss-free as possible.

A couple of notes! We dispatch our orders on UK working days (no weekend dispatches we're afraid!). Monogramming can take up to 3 working days.

There are a few things we can’t accept a return for:

  • Monogrammed or bespoke orders
  • Underwear, knickers or boxer shorts
  • Socks that have had their labels removed or been tried on
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased at our in-studio sample sale

For everything else, we’d be happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note of the same value within 30 days of purchase or 14 days for sale items (excluding sample sale items which cannot be returned). 

You’re able to cancel a pre-order at anytime for a full refund by contacting our customer care team.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging (including the gift box if you’re returning your whole order). 


For customers returning the order from the UK, we offer free tracked returns through Royal Mail, within 30 days of purchase. Sale items must be returned within 14 days. 

To help you with Festive gifting, our returns window will be extended until 31st January for any orders made after November 1st. 

Please note this Festive Season policy only applies to non sale items.
