Shipping & Returns
Currently, we are shipping to the UK, across most of Europe, the USA and to Australia. We think that we've got most of it covered, but if you really want a pair and we don't currently ship to your location, drop us a line on firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get you sorted.
Shipping prices & delivery times
Please allow an additional 5 - 7 working days for delivery of monogramming items.
UK - Standard 3 to 5 working days - £5
UK - Orders over £65 - FREE - 3 to 5 working days
UK - Next working day (orders placed before midday) - £8.00
Europe - 7 to 10 working days - £13.00
Australia 10 working days - £20.00
International (US, Canada) - 7 - 10 working days - £10
Rest of the World - £25.00
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason and would like to return your order we'd be happy to offer a refund, exchange or credit note of the same value within 30 days of purchase. If you'd like to make a return please email us at email@example.com and let us know what isn't right along with your order number, and we will arrange the rest. In order to help us process your return, please include a completed returns document with your return, which can be downloaded here.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Sale items may be returned for an exchange or refund if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept the following for return:
Gift cards or coupons
Monogrammed or bespoke orders
To complete your return, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order number when you contact us.
Sale items may be returned for an exchange or refund if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods.
If you need to exchange for a different size, or a product of the same value, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we do not have the correct size in stock, we will offer a credit note.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and who will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, which are non-refundable. Your exchanged item will be sent back to you by Royal Mail standard post free of charge.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please contact us with any questions about the progress of your exchange.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and recommend using a tracking service for items over £50.
